Mindfulness, Meditation, Silence

Mindfulness is:

The energy of being aware and awake to the present moment.
— Thich Nhat Hanh

It is to touch life deeply in every moment. To be mindful of what you are doing in the here and the now. To be present and at one with those around you.

We can bring our body and mind into harmony whilst we drive, cook, do the washing or even walking to work.

Injecting mindfulness awareness into your present moment lets you live in love. Because it is in the here and the now that you can provide the gift of peace and joy within and around us to those we love and care for. We can cultivate kindness, deep appreciation, love and freedom from fears.

Silence is…

The study of the loving self. It is to traverse the ultimate journey on the path between your head and your heart. In practicing silence, we can travel this journey and learn to return to our true self. It is here where we touch joy, peace, love.

With any type of meditation, we will need to practice it often to feel its power, deeply. For silence meditation, we recommend sitting on the earth - grounded to the oneness between the body, the earth and each other, but chair meditation is also fine.
